Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our number one priority!

We make a full refund if the item is wrong or the item's condition is not good. If there is a problem with the item's condition, you need to contact us in 3 days after delivery date. In these cases, we send Return Label via email; customer doesn't pay any return postage. For all other returns; customer pays for return postage, we refund only item's cost (shipping excluded). 

Items not eligable for return/refund:
- Items on sale / discounted pricing
- Items that have been opened or used
- Items not in their original condition or packaging

All sales are final on marked down items!

All returns need to receive prior authorization. If you have questions or require return information, simply contact our customer support by email and tell us your problem. All returns on seasonal items received on and after the holiday will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
